David found his passion for print at a very young age following his father around ColorGraphics, their family-owned business. Founded in 1956 by his grandfather, Pete Madison, the company grew from a small regional printer with a single press to one of the top 40 commercial printers in the United State. That growth and innovative spirit spurred the desire to create MSM – a company driven to create innovative solutions for clients partnering with only the best industry leaders.
David has over 20+ years of sales and management experience in commercial printing where he has spent his career providing printing solutions to new and loyal customers alike.

David serves as Chairman of Board of Trustees in Orange County for Children’s Bureau, a non-profit organization, and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. He is married to wife Nicole and has 3 children – Lyla, Lauren & Colin.

Lori began her career in print communications as a Production Planner for 9 years with a premier west coast commercial printer. She learned the critical details required when engineering a project from art to ink-on-paper. This base of knowledge gave her a deeper understanding for print communications and has expanded into a skillset with onboarding national programs for financial, retail, educational and rideshare markets. Since 2009, Lori worked with ColorGraphics, where she continually ranked in the top percent in the West Coast Region, as well as top performing female Account Executive. She now has over 20 years of experience as a National Sales Executive as she joins the MSM team.

Lori is based in the Bay Area, and is married to her husband of 22 years, Gus. They have two amazing girls, Madison (21) and Samantha (19).

Maia Giordani joins MSM as a National Sales Executive, bringing with her over 30 years of industry experience. After earning a degree in Print Management and Marketing, Maia excelled as a sales representative for Monarch Litho a G7 Level-1 Lithographer in Los Angeles. Her exceptional skills and dedication propelled her to the top sales representative position for 11 consecutive years, eventually becoming the VP of Sales.

Known for her collaborative nature and passion for finding solutions, Maia has a rich history of teaching numerous Printing for Packaging classes, lecturing, and has even spoke at a PIA event. Her expertise and positive spirit make her a valuable addition to the MSM team.

Maia is based in the Los Angeles area and has a passion for learning and exploring the world. She also cherishes visiting with her fabulous son, Michael, who resides in Scotland.
